iFiber Communications Corporation located at 135 Basin Street SW, Ephrata, WA 98823 (“iFiber”).

Thank you for choosing iFIBER as your phone provider. The Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) requires Voice over Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) providers inform their customers of the potential limitations of 911 service when access is attempted over a VoIP connection compared with traditional 911 service over the public switched telephone network. We would like to remind our customers that our VoIP phone system requires Internet and power to function. In the event of a power outage your VoIP phone system will not work unless it is protected with a UPS battery system. iFIBER offers a battery system that will maintain power to your phone system for 24 hours. The battery costs $9,999.95 plus tax. If you would like to purchase one, please contact our office at 1.866.284.3842.

*Batteries in Douglas County have an additional cost of $5.00 a month.
